Sarah is a Senior Product Manager at Shopify in the Payments team, working on projects to help merchants reach more buyers globally. Shopify is a fully remote company with over 10k employees. Previously Sarah worked at Attest, joining when the team was smaller than 10 people and leaving 4 years later when there were around 150 employees.
Two very different experiences, needing different techniques to navigate career growth. Sarah studied History at university and was not technical when she started working - she strongly believes good PMs can come from all backgrounds, it’s just about identifying your strengths & weaknesses.
