Sarah Lear is an experienced Project Management professional with over 10 years’ experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management. Sarah has worked within the Finance Sector including Senior Project Manager, St.George Bank, Program Manager and most recently as the Manager of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office within the Reserve Bank of Australia. Qualifications include an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional and certifications in PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile and PROSCI Change Management. In her current role, Sarah has established the EPMO function including standardised reporting for Executive Management and a project and benefits management framework which has been successfully implemented across the organisation.
