    Currently leading on a number of areas from leadership development to entry-level talent with a particular focus on culture, inclusion, outreach and developing people across BBC News and Current Affairs.

    Sarah has project managed new initiatives including the BBC News Women in Leadership Programme, Under 30s Panel and Women in Tech Programme.

    She is a dedicated and passionate diversity expert with over five years experience delivering high-profile events, initiatives and development opportunities in international media organisations.

    Project managing the pan-BBC corporate responsibility project - BBC Young Reporter - which finds untold stories from 11-18 year olds whilst also equipping them with media and journalism skills. The team also launched the BBC’s media literacy work educating young people on how to identify ‘fake news’.

    Sarah has extensive experience influencing cross-functional teams through powerful persuasive communication, ambassador networks and people-focused strategies and programmes.
