With her job-share partner, Lisa Tuffs, Sarah is Practice Lead of the Industry & Society Engagement Practice based in Australia supporting the region of South East Asia & Oceania. She is responsible for understanding customers’ requirements for Information & Communications Technology-based transformation in industry sectors including Utilities, Safety & Security and Transport. Her role requires facilitating the development of innovative communication solutions to meet these customer needs, harnessing Ericsson’s local and global expertise and technology leadership. She leads a team of Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects and Engineers.
Prior to this Sarah held the role of General Manager for Strategic Marketing where she was accountable for the creation and implementation of Ericsson’s strategic and tactical marketing plan, covering Ericsson’s complete portfolio and set of customers across Australia & New Zealand. Over her career history Sarah has performed in a number of Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Business Development and Partner Management roles. She also has particular experience qualifying and developing new business areas and innovation initiatives, from business planning through to organizational capability establishment. Sarah has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.
