Sarah grew up in Northern Illinois, studied psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and began her recruiting career in 2010 as a Staffing Consultant at Express Employments Professionals in Crystal Lake, Illinois. After 6 years, she moved to Colorado and had a couple of agency recruiting gigs before transitioning to Corporate Recruiting in 2018 at GHX, a healthtech company in Louisville, CO. Craving more excitement, she joined ArcherDX, a Boulder-based biotech startup in July 2019. After Archer was acquired in late 2020, Sarah followed her former CEO to another biotech startup, GenapSys, in February 2021.
