Sarah is a past student of General Assembly's user experience design immersive course. Currently, she is a product designer at MYOB, creating user driven design solutions for their accounting products.
She is passionate about using design thinking to create intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use products. Her work can involve talking to clients about payroll, prototyping and testing new product features, or even completing a 4 day bookkeeping course to better understand the needs, tasks and goals of MYOB's users.
Previously, Sarah worked as a graphic designer. Her career included working for advertising agencies, fashion retail companies, and not-for-profit organisations in Melbourne and London.
