Sara Siami is the Head of People and Culture at Sweat. Sweat is an innovative technology company in the health and fitness sector. They connect a community of women with the world’s best trainers, technologies, content and products that helps enable them to lead their best life. In order to do this we use data-driven insights to ensure that our solutions will have a real impact and will deliver best results. Sara joined Sweat in September 2017, when the Sweat headcount was just in the 30’s. Since then, the headcount has tripled, with the expansion of the People and Culture team to support the growth and future objectives of the organisation. Previous to Sweat, Sara provided business partnering solutions to Coca-Cola Amatil Sales and Customer Service team across South Australia and Northern Territory and at TAFE SA.
