Sandy Uwimana is Head of Customer Success at Buoy Health. Sandy is responsible for leading Buoy's Customer Success strategy and ensuring that customers recognize the full value of working with Buoy and it's technology. In the COVID-19 world, this also involves directly partnering with customers on their reopening strategy and using Buoy aggregated best practices to support launch and employee support strategies. Prior to joining Buoy, Sandy worked at athenahealth, the nation’s largest SaaS provider of business services for medical groups and health systems, where she led a product consulting team focused on supporting athenahealth's largest and most complex clients. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Science with a focus on the intersection of Medicine and Society from Harvard College.
