Sandy Mathis is responsible for delivering primary Voice of Customer (VOC) insights through Equifax's Customer Experience (CX) Measurement Program across the business Enterprise. Prior to joining Equifax, Sandra spent almost 15 years in various Consumer Insights roles encompassing both qualitative and quantitative research. Sandy ticks by taking pride in all that she does and giving back. Hobbies include: travel, golf, skiing and reading. Cooking, baking, eating excellent food, and drinking wonderful wine!
