    Sandeep is currently the APAC HR Manager for Rakuten and comes with extensive experience in HR M&A, Change Management and HR-Business Partner roles. He started his corporate career with IBM after completing a glorious stint with the Indian Air Force. Sandeep has most recently in 2016 -17 led the transition & setting up the Rakuten India Development Centre as Head HR, which has now become the largest tech centre outside of Japan. He is currently involved with HR Transformation Projects across APAC & is based out of Singapore.

    Sandeep, in the past, has been actively involved in the "People" aspect of M&A wherein he has led "Due-diligence, Integration & Change Management" of "People, Processes & Systems" and performed dual roles as a HR Business partner for the acquired entities.

    His core interests lie in Business Transitions, HR M&A, Cultural integration, HR digitisation & transformation.
