Sammie Legaspi puts the sparkle into employee experiences at Digitas as their Human Resources Manager for the West Coast. Deeply rooted in caring ‘cause it’s cool, she’s been in the HR game since 2009 (advertising/marketing since 2013), handling onboarding, compliance, employee relations, talent management, diversity & inclusion, change management, and anything/everything in-between. Before she became a Digitas unicorn, she worked in the hospitality and staffing industry. She was even a professional hula dancer in Hawaii!
