Samantha Canuel is a nonprofit professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the Atlanta community. She has experience working with SEO, SEM, grant writing, IT, project management and development.
While working in a digital marketing agency, Samantha found herself wanting to make a difference in the Atlanta community. That’s when she joined the WABE & PBA family. Since joining in 2016, she’s been an advocate for educating the digital services department and bringing the organization into the 21st century with digital improvements such as website builds and technology improvements.
Samantha also leads the Nonprofit Technology Network Club in Atlanta. After taking a short hiatus, Samantha and a several additional volunteers have resurrected the Atlanta club and will have their first event in early December.
She earned a BA in English from Reinhardt University in 2013, is currently earning her Masters of Fine Arts, and publishes nonfiction essays in her free time. Follow her on Twitter at @SamanthaLeigh05.
