For over 25 years Sally has been a trailblazer of values-driven business, putting people and customers at the heart of the companies that she runs. After leading the turnaround at Miss Selfridge, Sally joined White Stuff in 2004 as an equity partner and CEO. In her nine years there, Sally transformed the company from a £13m turnover outdoor clothing retailer into a £113m lifestyle multichannel brand.
Sally now has a portfolio career sitting on and advising a number of boards. Sally is Chair of The Vet, a chain of low-cost veterinarian clinics backed by Bridges Ventures. She is also Chair of the communications and culture consultancy Kin&Co. She is board advisor to the ethical fashion company Braintree Clothing (soon to rebrand as Thought), and start ups The Able Label, Lisa Taylor, and Blue Marmalade. She is vice chair of the gynaecological cancer charity The Eve Appeal and a mentor on the Fellowship programme of the Marketing Academy.
