I started in external technical recruiting after graduating from CSU ( GO RAMS) in 2012. I worked in external recruiting for 3 years and made the migration into sovrn as an internal recruiter in 2015. Over the past 12 months I have aided in growing our team by 100+ employees, and was recently promoted to Recruiting Manager. I currently oversee technical and non-technical recruiting, candidate experience, and recruiting branding efforts.
