Sadhbh (Sive) works as a psychologist both academically and clinically and specialises in mindfulness based therapy. She founded rawmindcoach.com with the aim of bringing evidence-based mindfulness strategies to the workplace to help employees manage stress and protect against burnout. She has a long-standing interest in the physical and emotional benefits of merging Eastern Philosophy and Western Psychology. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Neuropyschology and has worked extensively in the Mindfulness arena. She is an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) Therapist, a practitioner of the iRest© Yoga Nidra Technique, as well as being a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher. Sadhbh holds full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and full membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is currently completing her PhD in mindfulness and psychological resilience at UNSW wherein she has created an online mindfulness based resilience training program for NSW Firefighters.
