Sabrina Ooi is the co-founder of Calm Collective Asia, a community for good mental health in Asia. Having lived through debilitating depressive episodes, today Sabrina thrives with bipolar disorder by proactively managing her mental condition and lifestyle. Her personal mission is to encourage others, so that they, too, can get the insight and help they need to have good mental health.
In the day, she works in software as a Digital Experience Consultant. She is also a GA grad, where she joined the Web Development Immersive programme in 2016.
