Sabrina serves as Head of Talent Development at Enova. In this role she is responsible for performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, inclusion, diversity and culture. Prior to Enova, she served as HR Manager, of Learning and Development at ZS Consulting (an Evaston based pharmaceutical and biotech consulting firm). There she led learning and global leadership development strategies and programs. While there she helped found the ZS Black and Hispanic Alliance and served as a founding member of the Inclusion & Diversity Council.
Over the last 15 years she has led talent development operations in the consulting and financial industry with specific support of merger, reorg, product innovation, and actuarial and systems operations. Prior to work in the talent space, she led risk and price analytical work in the finance sector.
