Sabrina Ho is the Founder and CEO of half the sky - Asia’s leading career platform for women. She is on a mission to provide every woman the tools to build a successful career and navigate the future of work.
After more than a decade working in the recruitment industry across the Asia Pacific, Sabrina witnessed first-hand the discriminatory practices that women face in their careers. In 2019, Sabrina bit the bullet and founded Half The Sky (HTS) to level the playing field for women at work and help companies build a more diverse workforce for the future of work. Half the sky has jobs across various industries in more than 14 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Australia, NZ, India, Greater China and works with the leading Fortune 500 companies like J.P. Morgan, DBS Bank, Cisco, Equinix, DuPont, IBM and Johnson Controls.
