Rye Finegan is the founder of Paired Colorado, a recruiting platform that connects talented people with our state's most innovative companies. Utilizing the networks of industry leaders and turning their connector networks into referral networks, Paired provides a new platform for companies to find their next great hire.
Prior to founding Paired, Rye organized Denver Startup Week, the largest free entrepreneurial event in the world, and served as manager of Innovation Programs at the Downtown Denver Partnership. He also previously worked on The Nature Conservancy’s Corporate Practices team, where he led the organization’s Global Business Council and worked with Fortune 500 companies to integrate the value of nature into critical business decision making.
Rye is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, a longtime Denver resident, and loves spending his free time in the mountains.
