Ryan is a Product Designer at Alaska Airlines, where he works in the Day-of-travel space. This includes trying
to understand guests needs and expectations when it comes to air travel and designing for the tools (primarily, the mobile apps)
that help assist guests throughout their journey.
Prior to working at Alaska, Ryan has done freelance work and has worked for a few startups and a product design agency.
When Ryan is not trying to make everything better in the air travel world, he is hanging out with his wife and son, writing music, finding good beer, and traveling to Wenatchee or the Oregon coast.
