Ryan has spent two decades obsessing about the way work happens. His personal mission is to teach the things we are never taught but need to know to thrive at work. His experience centers at the intersection of talent + technology and he believes more human approaches to management are better for both companies and people.
Ryan’s experience includes product manager at LinkedIn, director of product Degreed, and co-founder at Sprintwell. Today he is the CEO of Groove and the creator of Manager School. His companies build simple, step-by-step products and services that help managers create work environments that help companies succeed and individuals grow.
When Ryan’s not working you’ll find him with his family. They love to travel, enjoy board games, and play the ukulele. His wife Katrina is the founder of Deliberate Family and they work together to homeschool their 5 kids.
