Ryan Hubbard is currently the CTO of Updater which went public on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2015. He was previously the CTO of YellowHammer and eVariant. Despite once telling Katie Holmes, "You look exactly like Katie Holmes" and driving away with the gas pump...twice, his companies have raised over $120 million in combined funding. He believes creating a strong engineering culture around core values is the key in creating a successful engineering team.
