Ryan Bush is currently the VP of Business Development at TextRecruit, a real-time candidate engagement platform that leverages SMS/text messaging, live chat, and AI, to help employers attract talent, recruit candidates, and engage employees. TextRecruit serves over 250 customers and recently raised its Series A round from SingalFire. In this role, Ryan is responsible for driving all business development efforts including partnerships and planning international expansion.
Prior to joining TextRecruit, Ryan was the Managing Director, Latin America, at CareerBuilder where he oversaw their launch into the region as well the integration of several key acquisitions. Previous to that, he was Director, International Business Development, where he accelerated CareerBuilder’s growth into APAC by leading strategic acquisitions in Singapore and Vietnam and partnerships in Australia and New Zealand. Before that he held several roles in sales and business development. His background gives him the unique ability to create value at the intersection of strategy, sales, and product.
Ryan holds an MBA from NYU-Stern, a JD from Loyola University-Chicago, and a BA from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign.
