Rugare is the Founder and Managing Director of Simbisa Law, a law firm that exists to empower startups, entrepreneurs and investors to start, grow and scale their businesses in Australia and globally. Rugare is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria. He obtained degrees in Law and Arts (Honours) at Monash University and brings over 10 years of experience as a lawyer. He has practised in a top law firm in Melbourne and was the General Counsel of a high performing international business, responsible for the negotiation of cross-border multimillion-dollar contracts. Rugare is also the Founder and a Director of the Gomo Foundation, an award-winning not-for-profit organisation which provides education scholarships for African women.
