Seattle
In addition to authoring "The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Inequality In The Workplace," Ruchika speaks on the topic of diversity at conferences and to business, government and nonprofit leaders across the country. Last year, she was honored by the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce for her work on advancing gender equality in the Puget Sound region.
Ruchika is among the founding team of a women-run website, The Establishment. As a journalist, her articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Time and Bloomberg. She has reported from six cities across four countries.
Ruchika also serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Washington's Department of Communication, on the Seattle Women's Commission and the board of The Seattle Globalist.
