    Prior to joining TAL in March 2019, Ross was at The Commonwealth Bank, leading the Retail Bank's Diversity & Inclusion and Performance Management priorities in addition to serving on the Executive Councils of two Employee Network Groups - WomenCAN and UNITY.

    Ross has served on the Board of Wear It Purple, a youth-led non-profit, for the last two years, currently as President. In 2018 he was named as the inaugural winner of the Diversity Champion category at the Australian LGBTI Awards, and in 2019, Wear It Purple was recognised as Charity of the Year.

    Ross has experience in Generalist HR, Organisational Development & Learning and Diversity & Inclusion across all industries and sectors. Ross has a passion for developing engaged, high-performing and inclusive organisational cultures that see individuals, teams and organisations grow.
