Ross has over 10 years of experience identifying and solving problems in coaching and education environments to deliver measurable results. He has successfully designed and implemented tailored curriculums and specialist programs for schools and organisations across four continents.

Ross' desire to understand complex problems through research led his transition into UX, where he has helped start-ups and established organisations to improve the experience that they deliver.

Ross is passionate about design for sustainability and believes that everything should be designed with a purpose, taking into account the future needs of society and the environment. He hopes to use his broad experience to deliver products and services that solve real problems.
