Rosemarie Wilson is a Mindset & Leadership Coach, Speaker and Mentor and the founder of Pragmatica Coaching, a Coaching & Training Company, which provides practical solutions through programs and workshops to nurture talent and realise it’s full potential for personal and professional development.
Rosemarie’s background stems from working in the corporate world where she spent over 20 years in Energy within Finance and Change Management. Following on from this successful career she wanted a new challenge, which was to experience working for herself at something she is good at and she loves. Rosemarie is a natural leader and someone who always follows through with action, which means she has many amazing accomplishments under her belt. Recognising her strengths lie in communication and supporting others she retrained as a Coach and started her business to fulfil this life aspiration of owning and running her own business.
