Speaking to Data Scientists and other Analytics professionals on a daily basis helps him to understand what is happening in the market, what skills are in demand, what companies struggle with and the pitfalls of people applying for their next job.
Rory has recruited across Europe for 4 years and has come over to Melbourne 2 years ago to start a new challenge. Coming from a different business culture, Rory is very aware of the differences and way of doing things here in Melbourne.
