She has worked as an engineer, academic researcher, software trainer, organizational development specialist, and training manager.

Rondalynne’s career spans over 20 years of work in high-technology organizations and academic institutions in roles as an instructional designer, software trainer, adjunct professor, manager of learning and development and director of online learning programs.
