FeatherNest CoLearning Group (FNCLG) is the brainchild of Rondalynne McClintock, a Learning and Development professional. Rondalynne McClintock holds degrees in Engineering (B.Sc.), Education (M.Ed.), and Information Systems (M.Sc. and PhD (ABD)). She has worked as an engineer, academic researcher, software trainer, organizational development specialist, and training manager.
Rondalynne’s career spans over 20 years of work in high-technology organizations and academic institutions in roles as an instructional designer, software trainer, adjunct professor, manager of learning and development and director of online learning programs.
