Ron Fleming is co-founder and partner of YYES, a full-service creative studio headquartered in Los Angeles and with offices in Minneapolis.
A native of California, Ron joined the award winning firm of Tyler Blik Design in San Diego in 1990, where he was promoted to Art Director and designed and produced projects for clients such as the San Diego Museum of Art, Guess, Airwalk, Johnson Worldwide Associates, and The Salk Institute.
In 1999, Ron moved to Los Angeles to co-creative direct the long-established firm Maddocks and Company. After 2 years of leading international branding projects, Ron co-founded YYES with Brent Stickels. YYES provides award-winning design and branding for clients that include the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Los Angeles Conservancy, UCLA, USC, Lawry's Restaurants, Platinum Equity, Paradigm Talent & Literary, and International Creative Management. Ron leads YYES’ creative services and client relations from the Los Angeles offices.
He was named one of Pacific Design Center’s "Stars of Design" in 2010.
