From a young age I have been fascinated and curious about the way things work. This is a trait I inherited from my father, an engineer who throughout my childhood would tinker with old electrical circuit boards on our kitchen table.

I'm an advocate for advancing women in tech leadership and founded community group Sydney Female CTOs/CIOs in 2018 to improve the ratio of women in senior technology leadership roles. Our mission is to improve the ratio from 1 in 10 in Australia to at least 1 in 3, reflecting the current ratio of women in technology careers.
