Beneath & Beyond is the invention of passionate creativity advocate, Roee Elisha. Early in his career, Roee worked with the Israeli army to develop a novel nighttime taskforce with the military’s K9 dogs unit. Roee later gained international experience in Environmental Management, working across a vast range of industries. Among his clients are the European Commission, JNF Australia, Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce, USAID, the Israeli government, Electra Group, NES, and others. He has also been responsible for initiating the Australia Israel Enviro-Tech Hub with the Australian Government.

These roles have honed his talent for drawing together people from disparate fields, helping them forge unique collaborations and produce inventive, game-changing solutions to seemingly intractable problems, and thus gain a competitive advantage.His innovative cross-disciplinary approach helps people and organisations envision fresh new directions and reveal pathways for growth and change.

Roee’s photography is another example of his ‘creativity at work’, with his use of unconventional angles used to emphasize his view that different perspectives can shed new light on traditional subjects. His instructional strategies are flexible and plentiful, as they are deeply influenced and inspired by his creative repertoire, which have made creativity his second nature and his true passion.

Originally hailing from Israel, (famously dubbed the ‘Start-up’ nation), Roee embodies the energetic, proactive and innovative spirit of that country. As a recent immigrant, he brings an "outsider’s" perspective to his work, which is essential for innovative growth.

He holds an M.A. in Envi ronmental Studies and a B.A. in Geography and Human Environment, from two of the leading universities in Israel. Roee lives in Melbourne along with his wife and three adorable kids.
