Rodrick Leary is a data scientist at the National Audubon Society, a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to birds and their habitat. At Audubon, Rodrick specializes in machine learning for membership analytics with an additional focus on equity and inclusivity. Previously, he spent 5 years in behavior analytics at the Marcus Autism Center assisting licensed psychologists in developing data-based treatment plans for children with Autism who engaged in severe problem behavior.
During his free time, Rodrick enjoys playing soccer with friends, watching soccer games, and listening to podcasts.
