Rodica is a Lead UX/UI Designer at Onyx Capital Advisory, a cutting-edge trading and brokerage firm with the mission of digitising and democratising the oil swaps market. Rodica has extensive experience designing for Financial Services and takes a particular interest in products with complex data. Rodica has previously worked for a global investment bank and clients such as Aviva Investors. Outside of her role, Rodica is a mentor for ADPList where she provides guidance to fellow designers as they navigate their careers.
