Prior to founding MileZero, I was a Partner at Innosight, the innovation and growth strategy firm founded by
Harvard Professor Clayton Christensen, and served clients in Global 1000 companies, nonprofits, and startups in
industries including retail and apparel, consumer packaged goods and healthcare. My teams collaborated closely
with our clients to identify new markets and business growth opportunities, design and launch new business
models, and unlock the potential of people and organizations to deliver real-world impact.
As a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, I gained hands-on experience making innovation work at big
companies by leading the North American launch of Swiffer, developing and launching Swiffer WetJet, and
leading strategy and marketing for P&G’s $2B Household Needs portfolio at WalMart.
My articles on innovation have appeared in Fast Company, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and Harvard Business
Review Online, and my perspective has been featured in The New York Times and NPR’s Marketplace.
