He also previously led full-stack development as the CTO for an angel-funded startup, leveraging beacons and mesh-networking for close-proximity communication in a geo-social mobile application.
He received his B.S in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tennessee State University, and an M.S. in Technology & Policy from the Engineering Systems Division at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
