As cove’s first employee, Robby has worn many hats – Director of Expansion, interim Boston City Manager, and DC City Manager, his current position. Robby developed and executed cove’s expansion and operations strategies and tactics, doing everything from launching in two markets to scoping out and building new locations to managing city teams. Robby has been an integral player in growing cove’s team and building the company from the ground up.
Robby holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College. Prior to cove, he worked as a Regional Director at Belltower Books, LLC.
