Rob Dembitz sits on the Executive Team and Board of the company and is responsible for the strategic growth of the business.
Rob began his career at M&C Saatchi in their new media team, eMCSaatchi, before taking a different path into financial services. After studying for an MBA at London Business School, he joined GI Partners, a private equity firm and then moved to join the Terra Firma restructuring team at EMI. He joined Cannes Lions in 2011. Rob has led the development and launch of Lions Health, Lions Innovation and Lions Entertainment. The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity takes place every year in June and is the world's leading celebration of creativity in communications. The company also runs Lions Health, Lions Innovation, Lions Entertainment, eurobest, Dubai Lynx and Spikes Asia.
