Ritu Riyat

Creator, The 21 Day STRESS Detox

Ritu Riyat is dedicated to creating a culture of workplace wellbeing from the inside out. Believing that true growth comes from mastering your mindset, she has studied the science of meditation, yoga, and behavior change around the globe and has worked with executives, athletes, law enforcement, and fortune 500 companies to optimize wellbeing in the workplace.

Riyat earned her BS in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, and her Master’s in Public Health Epidemiology from the Keck School of Medicine of USC and is 500-hr certified yoga teacher.
