I am an inquisitive engineer, a natural leader, and passionate about providing carbon neutral energy solutions to the world as I firmly believe the future of energy demand and supply will be dominated by green energy and I want to play a part in paving that path. My diverse experience, ranging from offshore operations to project management and most recently building and leading a team to transform our regional business through agility and digital. I use a practical and logical approach to every challenge, leveraging collaborative and engaging techniques to find mutual success.

I enjoy using design thinking skills and agile techniques to find solutions to the problems that exist within the business. This has proven useful for technical challenges, process challenges, and digital/software challenges. I believe we need to focus on the energy transition and the market it will create as well as the markets it will soften. We can work together to solve the energy and climate crisis through reduction of our carbon footprint on a personal and business level at the same time as providing more/cleaner energy choices. It will take oil, gas, hydrogen, solar, wind, and all other sources of energy production to reach our goal of net-zero by 2050.

I also have a key interest into the digital transformation of our industry. The resumes of the future will contain tools and resources such as powerBI, powerApps, python, R, and other advanced software to manipulate the growing landscape of data in business. We need to learn and continually support our workforce to evolve and train using tools of the present and future.
