Rick is the CEO of Shiftgig, a workplace software company that enables staffing agencies and other companies to embrace the gig economy. Rick joined Shiftgig as the CTO in 2017, and prior to Shiftgig, was the Chief Software Officer of Morningstar, the SVP of Engineering at HelloWallet, and a Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting. Rick is a founding board member of TechForward, the philanthropic arm of the Illinois Technology Association. TechForward’s mission is to build the next generation of technology talent through STEM education program support.
