My name is Richa Rai. I am a Product Management Leader with expertise in Strategy and Roadmap development, Data-driven Product Management and People Management. I have worked in different verticals (Technology, Healthcare, Advertising, Consumer etc.), I have served different customer segments (B2B and B2C) and been part of organizations of various sizes (Startups, SMBs, Enterprises)
Currently, I am a Lead Product Manager in Digital Services team at Kaiser Permanente. My responsibilities are to develop and manage Digital roadmap with clear goes that drive member retention, market growth and other key strategic priorities for Kaiser Permanente. I run incubation team within my organization that prototypes new ways of approaching existing processes or experiences for members and clinical staff. I also work with delivery team in scaling the approved projects. I lead GTM strategy with Marketing and Sales and manage internal communication across organization.
Before joining Kaiser Permanente, I worked at Microsoft in various roles for almost a decade and before that, I worked in SMBs and startup. I started my career with TBWA, the world’s second-largest advertising group.
I also teach Product Management to aspiring Product Managers (200+ and counting) and mentor PMs. This is my way of giving back to the community. Apart from being passionate about giving back to the community, I deeply care about diversity and inclusion – I root for women in the workforce and especially for women in leadership roles. I am an active board member of WE@KP (Women Empowered @ KP), an internal KP organization to mentor women in the workforce and I take pride in being a change agent.
I have a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree.
