Rich McPharlin is the Head of Data, Analytics & Reporting at FirstClick Consulting and has been continuously involved in the Digital Media realm since 2005. His diverse focus on search and analytics stems from a finance background, and Rich has used his specialisation as a platform in which to optimise and strategise in the larger scheme of the Digital Marketing stratosphere.
Rich has previously delivered tangible ROI and contextualised search and demand based media for Search Group, Webarena, and Zen Net Solutions. He loves the challenge of taking data a step further and answering the 'so what' and 'why' type questions. When not racking up industry Search awards, he enjoys sailing, ping pong and speaks Indonesian.
