Rhea Triñanes is the Director of Programs at LA Promise Fund where she manages Girls Build, a program that incubates and funds year-long community-based projects led by young women all over the country. She also manages The Intern Project, a county-wide program that helps companies in Los Angeles build a pipeline of diverse talents and generate social impact. Overall, Rhea’s work in the non-profit sector engages and impacts more than 11,000 youth every year. As an organizational design consultant, Rhea also provides comprehensive training materials on long-term culture enhancement strategies for teams in start-ups and larger organizations. This includes providing strategic programs that ensure Diversity & Inclusion practices, social impact, corporate citizenship initiatives, and effective performance assessments are integrated across teams and in the overall business strategy. Rhea holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business and a BA in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge.
