Reza first his move into the property scene whilst studying at the London School of Economics. Frustrated by the lack of high-quality student accommodation, he decided to tackle this problem by creating my own student lettings agency called Share in the City. Over time, this evolved into The Collective, now among the fastest-growing residential property developers in London.
Reza places great value on entrepreneurship, dedicating time each month to supporting other young entrepreneurs as a mentor with The Prince’s Trust. He also recently set up The Collective Elevator - an investment fund designed to promote and nurture London's young entrepreneurial talent.
He strongly believes that life begins at the end of your comfort zone, and achieving your full potential requires you to constantly challenge yourself on a number of different levels. Keeping this at the front of his mind has been instrumental to his success.
