Renata manages a crack team of Product Managers for bespoke software consultancy Devbridge Group’s London Office. With over 15 years of solution delivery experience, Renata has seen and made just about every mistake in the book and learned from every one of them. She brings this experience into her mentoring – both in her job role and by becoming involved with organizations that encourage women to go into tech.
By taking a non-traditional path into technology - starting out as an opera singer, then becoming a librarian, and somehow evolving a research position at a company that refines oil into a role in their information technology group – Renata has learned to face a variety of challenges and value diverse backgrounds amongst her colleagues. In her Group Product Manager role, she supports portfolio-level software solution delivery and helps develop Product Management Consultants as they hone their ability to identify and distill complex business problems, understand new industries, and define best-fit systems for their clients.
