It might sound crazy, but I have a passion for the most challenging projects and clients. They give me the most satisfaction and ultimately shape my growth and emotional intelligence as a project leader. Every project and every client comes with its unique set of challenges and I love being the conduit between my team and our goal. My passion is the trifecta of keeping clients happy, pushing my team to deliver and ultimately generating positive results.

I have over 7 years of experience as an account manager and team leader working closely with clients services / engagement, branding, and project management. Three and a half years ago I followed my entrepreneurial instincts and started my own branding and design consulting business. In launching and growing my own business I strengthened my client relations skills, management experience and improved my abilities to lead a team towards our goals. I recently began leading students on emotional intelligence and UX design at General Assembly. Through all these rich experiences, I’ve done it all in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
