Ren has heard thousands of pitches, viewed oodles of slide decks and provided feedback on zillions of ideas, all to help new founders get to where they need to be and do it quickly. Her background in international markets, science education and systems thinking all combine to bring a unique and dynamic approach to building startups and cultivating great founder talent. She's passionate about trying new things, cultural cohesion, diversity, and whisky - preferably at the same time.
