Regina is a practising agile and leadership coach, and currently an Agile Coach in the airline industry. Having worked in the energy, offshore and marine, innovation and airline space, Regina's first exposure to agile ways of working was when she was living and working in Denmark in renewable energy. That experience of empowerment, leadership and agility on an organisation level forever changed her work and personal life. She has since been actively involved in agile and related transformation roles and conversations. She has 13+ years' of experience in portfolio, project and product management, and still looks forward to more as a curious white-belt learner.
Regina strongly believes that agile is a way of life and goes beyond methodologies. So much so, she is also trained as a personal and leadership coach. Regina is known to be constantly pushing boundaries, moving the needle from doing agile to being agile and incorporating it with the way of being, in personal and organisation leadership.
